marshal.ney | Wednesday, November 2, 2016 - 09:16 pm When trading shares - there are two systems. One is cumbersome, but lists all companies by P/E ratio. Enter the approximate ratio and scroll to find it. Useful, but can be time consuming, and frustrating...as if you are doing multiple IPO's or forced by time concerns to do it with an upcoming parse phase. Second lists product types...and then corps of the highest value, and those of the lowest value. But there are no middle corps. Only those two pages. Adding all of them would be an option. Simpler might be a search function. Input the name, it lists those corporations that match it. Example 1 - DCH Computers 16. Only those with an exact name pops up. Example 2 - if it could be expanded...to not only include one's one corps....for example DCH. Would then list all corps with DCH in their title. For hostile takeovers, etc. Example 3. For both sides. 2 different search functions. List only corps that have a supply of shares outstanding. List only corps that have a demand for supplies. This would be helpful in the investment funds of a country as well. Not a major overriding concern, but would be a nice quality of life feature for the Enterprise folks (and pensioners).
