jdlech | Wednesday, February 3, 2016 - 01:09 am When I cancel a supply contract, the amount of product cancelled is no longer available on the local or common market. So, in order to put that production back on the market, I have to go back to the supply company and do it manually. Suddenly, I have to visit a dozen different pages. It would save a ton of time, effort, **and bandwidth** if it simply went back to the local or common market (when available) automatically. Same thing happens when I close a company. I know you can't tell which market it was originally on (local or common). So I'd be happy if it just defaulted to the common market if one is available - or the local market when one is not. Another way to handle it would be on the Find and Sign Supply Contracts page. The radio buttons would instead change existing contracts to supply 100%. So if I had a contract supplying >100% of product A, and another contract supplying 40% of product B (and more is available on a market), then just hitting the radio button alters the one contract (down to 100%) and accepts another contract for the other 60% of product B. But even if you do this, I would like the excess automatically put back on the local/common market. Best Regards. j |
