Dominik | Thursday, January 28, 2016 - 08:03 pm Since we cannot change the retirement age, maybe we could get a part of the pensioners get back to work. This could be done through a system as we know with disabled people (special clinics) and housewives (back-to-work schools). So, let us call these new kind of institutions "reintegration schools," which will be financed the same way as back-to-work schools and special clinics and will have certain caps of maximum pensioners that can get back to the workforce (based on the number of pensioners in the country and the people working for private corporations). This would better reflect the reality of everyday life in both poor countries and advanced "rich" countries on Earth. How do you think about it? |
