Space313 | Saturday, February 28, 2015 - 09:15 am Automation > New Corporations > Salaries The maximum it will let you go is 300, and in my case, it is very uncompetitive and will lead to an extended time of low hiring rates, which in turn waste more money lost in possible production. I propose that this go as high as at least 400, and at most 450. I find the limit to be pointless since as soon as the corporation is built, the salaries can be changed. However, what typically happens is that I am not logged in to change the salaries when the corporation is built, leading to, as stated above, financial waste. |
alocien | Saturday, February 28, 2015 - 04:50 pm Really? I only pay 300 to my workers, sometimes lower. and i hardly ever have a hard time with employment. and to be honest, if i had to pay more then 375, i would relocate the corp. :-/ |
Space313 | Saturday, February 28, 2015 - 11:02 pm Well some CEOs in my country would beg to differ, some pay 350+, which I should be thankful, but make my State corporations that are new very uncompetitive, as stated above. |
