I would like to say i am not suggesting using all nuclear weapons.

Allowing ONLY chemical and tacticals would allow new players a chance to test and learn to use such weapons, as well as give a bit more flexibility on the higher war levels.

I'm only SUGGESTING CHEMICALS AND TACTICALS NOTHING MORE, simply because they are level 1 detonations.
