Well, today I had to search my old messages again to tell a new player what he needs to know about Welfare and which other indexes are important in its calculation. So I would like to open a Petition to reinsert that Explanation into the Game Docs as that index is one of the most important, if not the most important index a player has to keep an eye on if he wants to play the econ game even to the smallest amount.
