Jock | Thursday, July 17, 2014 - 06:26 pm I'd like to see a change to the way we're able to build corps. The way things are at the moment is a hindrance to building an empire. Maintaining a game level of 5 to build all types of corps isn't really possible when your just starting out. I've achieved level 7 but every time I conquer a new country my level drops to 1. Meaning I have to wait until I go back up the levels to build good corps which takes about a week. There's maybe 3 types of corps on FB I would consider buildable at level 1. The rest are just rubbish. So I propose that once you've achieved a game level your able to build corps corresponding with that level even if you've dropped down. What do you's think? |
badlucklover | Thursday, July 17, 2014 - 08:34 pm thats a good idea..... i feel the econ on fb is limited too. we need more corps |
Gaz | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 12:21 am I've started a new poll regarding this. Pls vote |
blah Blah | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 02:50 pm I strongly disagree. If you are at lvl 7 and after conquering 1 country you drop to lvl 1 you're either very small or doing something wrong. Sure your lvl takes a hit but that's the price you pay for more land. I would definitly vote against something like this because it takes away the essence of 'lvling up' |
Gaz | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 03:13 pm Feel free to cast your vote. Currently 7/0 for. I don't see how it would take away the essence of levelling up. For me levelling up is to gain gc awards. After that there a hindrance. They force everyone to play like clones. Why are levels tied to what corps you can build anyway. Anyone know why this was done? |
blah Blah | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 04:27 pm To reward people for investing in a country and to make ceo's and private investors more important |
Gaz | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 07:16 pm Ok reward people for investing in a country. But then it's taken away soon as you want to invest in another country. I think the ceo point has become less and less a factor. They used to be important but not anymore. State corps are better. The only reason I have ceo corps is so I don't have to defend them. Not economic reasons |
blah Blah | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 07:23 pm State corps are still not better then ceo's corps, not by a long shot, and I doubt they ever will be. But that's a discussion for another thread. Lets agree to disagree on that point ok? Taking over another country has massive long term benefits, extra pop, extra income, extra land etc etc. You need to invest again and build up again but you get all those nice little extra's. That's the trade off. Don't forget that this game isn't about the short term. They want you to play the loOoOoOong game. Sure it sucks if you lose a couple of lvl's. But those can be gained again. |
Gaz | Saturday, July 19, 2014 - 07:40 pm Yeah we'll have to agree to disagree then There is 1 economic reason I forgot. Housewives and disabled workers. I understand the benefits but I still think it's daft. Why should I loose the abilty to build the better corps in my main when it has good index's and is doing very well. I know its a long term game but this is just unnecessary slowing down. |
Alterd Carbon | Monday, July 21, 2014 - 05:00 pm Gaz i'm glad you brought up housewives and disabled I think there ought to be a program for househusbands and don't forget the Re-tards Where I live they put them to work also they take there work very seriously. I've seen this for myself mostly they water plants at resorts they have monitors but still they manage to water the parking lots the sky and each other Never in my life have I seen a happier bunch of people. |
levonly_5 | Monday, September 29, 2014 - 01:13 am don't call metal people re-tards thats just offence |
