I should immediately be able to move my Corporation no matter how recently it was moved or created.
Especially since the Country's new conditions cause my Corporations employment to immediately tank regardless of Salaries.
On that note, my workers should not flee my Corporation if my Salary is superior. Workers should be fleeing from the Corporations with the lowest salary...
Finally, if the Game knows a Country is going to Become C3 controlled under the 40 month time frame it takes for my Corporation to move again, it should NOT show up in the list of Countries to build in. |

We will look into the situation of corporations in countries that have been abandoned.
Not so simple, as there are state and private corporations in varying numbers and only state corporations can be closed to leave manpower for the private corporations.
Moving corporations may become free when the initialization process is started. |

should be kept to very simple, if a country has been abandoned:
(1) perhaps the color of the country should be changing so that players know the country will eventually become a c3 again.
(2) the indexes such as health, education, employment, etc should be going down because no president is looking after these indexes.
(3) game parameters to automatically selling the country's assets for the consumption of the country, and when the country's total assets reached zero "0" then the country is marked off to become c3 in a game month. now there are countries that are marked in green hatches or black hatches for many earth days without ever become c3 (clear colour).
(4) if a free player do not log in for say one earth month (30 earth days), then his country becomes a c3 the next earth month.
(5) if a premium player do not renew his premium membership for one earth month after expiration, then his country becomes a c3 the next month.

if you built a corp in a president owned country, then you should be free to move your corp if the president has abandoned the country. |
