XON Xyooj | Tuesday, September 10, 2013 - 07:18 am these sc worlds were created when the technologies on earth are still slow. should it be now time to make the months of the sc worlds faster, such as FB that now do 6 game months per earth day (1 game months every 4 earth hours) be doing at least 24 games month per earth day (1 game month per 1 earth hour) as is now, it's too slow to notice anything and why do i have to wait 4 earth hours to see the changes that i have made. the earth technologies of these days should be capable to do more/higher computations of the game data? faster world such as LU should be doing no less than 1 game month per every 30 earth minutes. |
Aries | Tuesday, September 10, 2013 - 07:25 am When you manage a larger empire or other entities such as an enterprise, it does not seem so slow. I find there is always more to do if I have the time. If you want the game to seem faster, try managing more countries, expanding to other worlds, or even trying your hand at game aspects you have not attempted yet like a more hands-on approach to managing your investment fund. My feeling is most players have adapted to the game speed, as I have, and would not welcome a change to it. |
XON Xyooj | Tuesday, September 10, 2013 - 07:42 am @aries, i'm trying to master at least one aspect of the game, being a president. then i shall try the enterprise aspect. i have tried the war version, no fun for me, so won't do that again. a lot of wasted time. i would like to own more countries, but how can i convert my earned SC $ into GC so i can buy more countries? i don't think there is a market for this anymore? i sure would like to turn around an empire like nix001 on fb, with a debt of about $100T SC for 49 countries. yet i wonder if nix001 would gave me this empire to test my theory. each of those countries seem to have at least $14T just in loan, which per game docs have to be repay since these money belong to other players. otherwise, at the rate that this fb turning is slower than watching grass grow on my lawn. |
