Tuesday, August 27, 2013 - 02:10 am I think how much game money a single GC buys you is pathetic. I believe each Gc should buy you a quarter of a trillion dollars so that it is actually worth it to buy money, I just spent 22 GC on 900 some billion dollars. IT'S PATHETIC!!! Change it andy. or in threee months I don't renew my membership

Sunday, September 1, 2013 - 01:41 am get rid of GC, go directly between SC$ and US$ ! make it very simply, $1 US = $1T SC GM sell countries at $1 US per country

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 12:26 am just became premium, so hoping that your request be granted for the goodness of the game. if my request of $1 US per country is granted, i will be super happy and get a continent

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 12:47 am That's $100 for a lot of server space....

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 12:48 am also you can't buy an entire continents countries cause most likely some of the countries are owned or not available.

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 04:26 am I agree,

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 05:06 am @starforth, where did you get that it cost $100 for server space? if it's that then we should be given better things in this game?

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 05:08 am @john martinez, you can get as many countries as you want in this game. i'm sure everything is available for the proper tactics?

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 05:10 am @maclean, players like yourself cannot quit this game, we need you to show the way. besides, it was looking at your wealth in this game that got people like myself wanting to be premium

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 06:02 pm um no XON If I own 1/3 of a Continent through war or buying, and another 1/3 is owned by someone not selling or unavailable for purchase then you can only buy 1/3 of the continent. That then makes the whole continent unavailable or owned.. But being a peace player the above scenario is unlikely to involve me.

Monday, September 2, 2013 - 09:20 pm Besides, if you were to do that, you'd just be taking up space that could go to other players. Also, there's around 100 countries to a small continent. If you buy all those, that takes up a lot of data to process all of those nations.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 12:15 am @john martinez, then you just have to use different tactics? i'm sure everything is negotiable.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 12:18 am @starfoth, most countries on most continents do not have presidents/players. supposedly these c3 are to balance that world's economy. i think whether countries are c3 or president owned, the data has to be process anyway.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 12:58 am C3 data is mainline and mostly follow certain paths. Player data differentiates based on play style. The larger the country (index, population, and money wise) the more data it takes up.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 06:15 am @john martinez, there's nothing in the docs that mentioned on how things are computed, so my guess is that whatever president owned countries are offsetting the balance, then c3 have to make up for these to re-balance the world economy. every product seems to depend on every other products, so that makes this game very interesting and difficult

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 06:33 am you still can't own an entire continent.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 07:53 am @john martinez, owning a large empire is a strategic goal don't forget, please go vote for my suggestion. and i had traded 1 GC for $43.3B with gm. while my suggestion would be get rid of Gold Coins, and stick to US $ and SC $

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 - 01:20 pm Owning a large empire is hard especially if you don't prepare right. A continental empire would most likely be impossible, especially since some countries will be unavailable or owned by peaceful or extremely powerful, or normally powerful players.

Wednesday, September 4, 2013 - 08:51 am well, the docs said that empires with many countries will exponentiate government costs, but never did explain the details of the government costs. until that is clarify, the formula might just be flipping coins

Wednesday, September 4, 2013 - 08:54 am and will of course be difficult to be a large empire, unless you know the details of government costs are though will your score (game level) be the average of your countries or just the leader country? does game level ever comes down once you got it? does ware level ever comes down once you got it?

Wednesday, September 4, 2013 - 09:09 pm game levels decrease if you fall below the requirements for a level. I reach game level 4 loose 15 points on my education because of people coming in when im offline and have to go from game level 2 back too four. i'm currently trying to get a total of 50 Corps in my ceo so I can get game level 5

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 12:13 am @john, game level should stay when you reach it. there are certain products that you could build if you reach that game level. if your game level can go up or down, then does that mean if i build strategic military corps (i.e. strategic bombers) once i'm at game level 3, will i loss these corps if i fall back to game level 2? doesn't make sense to me, if game levels can go up or down. on earth, if i got my high school diploma already then they can never take that away from me, even if i fall below the requirements for the diploma.

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 12:53 am You will not lose your corp but you wont be able to build them anymore.

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 01:50 am XoX you make no sense and are just going to confuse any new players that check this thread out. GTFO!!! http://cdn.alltheragefaces.com/img/faces/large/fuck-yeah-gtfo-l.png

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 08:59 am I find it interesting that part of my post was deleted, thus totally changing the context of my post. Big Brotherism at its best.

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 12:40 pm lol

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 07:14 pm This thread really got off track but I oppose the original suggestion. Gold coins should help you get out of trouble or help you get started but should not be a viable replacement for, you know, actually playing the game and earning some of your own stuff.

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 08:36 pm i'm proposing to get rid of gold coins, and deal directly between SC $ and US $, because GC is just an unnecessary step that confuse a lot of players, especially the new ones trying this game out. as i've posted in my other thread, the best rates from GM that i have known are 1 GC = $43.3B SC $36 US = 360 GC how many SC $ to 1 US $? ($43.3B SC/1 GC) x (360 GC/$36 US) = $433B SC/$1 US ==> $433B SC = $1 US so just make it simply $500 SC = $1 US but better would be making $1T = $1 US so that even the unmathematical people can convert the primary logic behing this proposal is that our corporations in simcountry generate SC $, not GC. if you are very good in this game and generate a lot of SC $, then you should be able to convert back to US $ to pay for your account fee of $4 US per month, that would be $4T SC. no one is at a disadvantage on this proposal. the 30 GC that player pays per additional empire or enterprise would just be $3T GM can choose any conversion rate he/she wants, if not my proposed $1 US = $1T SC gold coin is just an extra step in this game.

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 08:45 pm well, the war level is not like the game level then? game level should not change, and should not be base on each country you owned. i seen players that have countries ranked #12, #13, #14, etc... which makes no sense to me. it's one player for these countries, how hard is it to take another country to the next game level if you already too some countries to that game level before? players with many countries, the criteria to reach a game level should be the average of the countries. this should be so that you don't see one country in game level 5 yet the rest in game level 2. for example, if the education index for country A = 100 country b = 200 then the average education index for this empire would be = 300/2 = 150, and if the next game level requires that education index be 200 then this player would not reach that next game level

Thursday, September 5, 2013 - 08:59 pm There are several things you need to solve first which, I believe, will doom proposals to get rid of gold coins. A few things I can think of offhand. Are you suggesting a game account with some amount of $US? What criteria do you need to meet to make a withdraw or utilize this account to pay your membership? Keep in mind, strict criteria is currently required for conversion of gold coins, primarily all game entities must be game level 10 or higher. Also, consider if awards, game level and monthly ranking, are cash how likely this finds itself reinvested into the game compared to gold coins. You need to solve the potential issues with boosters. Will people continue to purchase them with the frequency they do now if prices were converted to $US? Finally, is is unlikely we will see a conversion of game money to $US. In short, game money is too easy to generate, especially through raiding. Having 100s of trillions is not out of reach.

Saturday, September 7, 2013 - 01:32 am i think we may see more players without the confusion with gold coins. it seems that without virtual asset exchange, players cannot trade things among themselves. so there is no secondary market for players. i would like to be able to buy enterprises, countries, gold coins, SC $, US $, and everything else with other players as well as the gm. seem that virtual asset was abused that's why it went away? if so then, just more gm police on it to get it properly enforce fairly to all participants. we need more players and more activities in sc

Saturday, September 7, 2013 - 07:53 pm how about you stop hijacking my suggestion thread with your suggestion Xon and stick to yours

Saturday, September 7, 2013 - 10:35 pm @john, you want more money, i want more money. we're on the same path. just bumping yours up as much as mine
