I think it would be cool if you could convert industrial corps into weapons producing corps in the event of war like in real life.... Weapons corps are very hard to sustain and produce little benefits if we could temporarily change production like in real life it would make war and industry easier aswell as adding more dynamic.... They don't have to produce as much as a regular weapons corp but a certain amount of your GDP should be able to be converted to weapons production.... Other industries like high tech will also need comparable advantages just brainstorming here
