Currently you do not allow money to be transferred to/from a country unless you have more than $5T. This makes it hard to control an empire when you have both a country and an enterprise. Please either allow money to be transferred directly between a country and an enterprise in the same world at a much low level, or simply reduce the level that is needed to be kept on hand. Since all you need to be at games level 4 is $2T, then if you want to have a minimum, then that is all you should really have to keep on hand. If you want to have a $5T limit for a world, that is ok too, as long as you allow transferring within the world with less than that amount. |
