1 from time to time close abunch of riff raff employed companies that don't hire hardly anyone
like when someone makes a big empire then later quites go to town on places like RAsta owned or not

2. whats with the close a certain shortage company type every year or so

3 when a c3 gets over companied by enterprise choose a too high company
so what if you close a high tech and a mining company come in. It can just do the labor adust thing where engineers leave and workers come
