I suggest that Navy Seals should have the ability to paint a country. They are small, lightly armored infantry similar to Occupation Units and Special Forces, which already paint effectively.

I think navy seals should be allowed to damage other things besides navies.

I know its nuke talk...But

All people killed from nukes should be counted as people killed(much like when you attack a city) all the died effect the WI. This would make getting the 30WI for pop much easier.

Once all the garrison is cleared seals/Seal forces should be allow to attack the target killing the nuke def batteries opening the door for a nuclear strike.
