I want the pop to like actually work
if death is over birth then pop loss
low Le will mean elderly die and other old workers
show a change in workers available
anyone over the LE will have low amount
when teenagers become old enough their first job is worker
fix the worker starving thing
make worker be their first job or at least a good chunk
students with money go to college and get better professions
college students can get worker jobs
existing workers are stuck in dead end worker job
no remove workers and become old people
add a retire row in employment page showing how many of each retired
