CRIME - Was just thinking about drug trade etc. in the real world & thought it would be an interesting touch if players could start drug trade - etc which might cripple an opponants army - unless he invested in law inforcement. Prostitution, smuggling - maybe not family game acceptable - but closer to reality.
SPYS - Played another on-line wargame where a nation's power could go the "Spy path" - becoming strong in abilities to steal research/wepeons etc. & even blame other players. Spy defense was critical - navy Seals killed Homeland Security agents - etc.

Ho ho ho, there are spies here already Zanzia, trust me.

I think, if you look back over the voting, a proposition to include police, prisons etc. was accepted a while ago and is on the list of things to do.
