Friday, February 27, 2009 - 08:19 am I have a suggestion. Allow players to separate their enterprise corporations into groups and manage their settings by group. Like, I might make one group for all corporations in X country. Or one group for all corporations that produce a certain product. Then I could set salaries, trade strategies, supply quality, etc by group instead of either using one blanket setting for ALL corps or doing each one separately. Basically, I'd just like the whole corporation management interface to be more user friendly. I have an enterprise with getting close to 1000 corps and all have different salary levels depending upon type and location (c3, own country, etc) and employment conditions. I accidentally used that button that sets salary target for ALL corps and set it to 1000 by mistake :/ fun. Now I have to manually go through a few hundred corps and fix their salaries! Ooh, there's another suggestion: "Undo" button! With the number of other issues right now this'll probably never get added but oh well I can dream right?

Friday, February 27, 2009 - 10:48 pm Do you know what you deserve, Lolosaurus? A kiss. This is the only suggestion I have liked since Imperialism. I'll push for it.

Saturday, February 28, 2009 - 11:05 pm I'd also like to see ALL the worker categories listed in Things to do/Employment/Change professions/education priorities. This is a mess at the moment. Education and health staff are not shown in the first two Executives are not shown in the second and "reserved for new facilities" is not shown in the last. In addition any relocations that are accepted DO nOT show up as "reserved for new facilities" until they start trading. A lot could be tidied up to make the interface more user friendly. Cool

Sunday, March 1, 2009 - 07:18 am Executives and high tech execs are not shown on the change professions page because you can't change the profession of executives. Education health staff and the military are shown on the employment page. Scroll down. Your last suggestion could be a bad one. If data is instantly updated the server will have to calculate something. That could slow down the server. Please don't slow down the server! Managing corporations by group would be very helpful.

Monday, December 14, 2009 - 02:48 am Lolosaurus, I too have changed my settings in mass without really intending to do so. I have learned that you can use the browser back function to the original setting and then update. I wish that we could get this.

Monday, June 28, 2010 - 02:36 am Agree with "Group Management" option. Another similar option, would be "increase/decrease supply level of corporation(s) to X months supplies; instead of going through every supply individually (buy/sell Air Transport, then buy/sell Aluminum, etc...), it would summarily change the supply level for all. For example: "Increase/Decrease [all/group/selected/one] corporation(s) to [_X_] months supply." (FYI: started new thread with this as well)

Monday, November 15, 2010 - 09:56 am Well, almost two years since Lolosaurus posted here...and, here is what the game news said, also, roughly 3 or more years ago, about allowing corporations to contract to enterprises: reference: https://www.simcountry.com/cgi-bin/cgi2nova#countries_can_buy_raw_materials_from_their_corporations__older_game_news "Older Game news 342. Countries can buy raw materials from their corporations. [ top ] It is possible for countries to buy and sell materials on the market and to trade freely with their corporations. It enables full control of materials by any president. The same is of course needed for CEOs. We have promised to add that feature and we will ASAP. It involves a major upgrade to the enterprise database because we need to add stock and quality fields for all products. This change is being prepared and we will complete the trading system for enterprises."
