Andy, How long is the penalty period for a country winning an award? After several real months I still have over 1600 penalty points just for accepting awards. Kind of harsh punishment for doing something right, don't you think?
Maybe we need 2 divisions - 1 for those seeking to win awards and another for those like me who really don't want any more awards with these kinds of penalties and would opt out of awards altogether. That would let the rest of us just compete against each other for fun with NO penalty involved and you don't have to give is gold coins. I know you like that part. |

I suggested a penalty amnesty if you go 5 real months without an award. That seemed fair to me. |

I think maybe a month per award level.
the lowest award alone needing one month without accepting an award and for every larger award increment add 1 more month. So receiving the lowest reward every month for a year would require a full year of not accepting awards. |
