Bah, I was going to try for 15. I'd get almost all of my indexes in line but one would be off. Then I'd get that one to where it needed to be, and some other index would drop. Not enough doctors, hospitals close...move doctors in, employment gets messed up. Military index where it needs to be, oops now my FI's a little too low...etc.
It's an exercise in insanity and I'm crazy enough.  Good luck to anyone else who wants to try. |
