Bit deceptive, the option, but you can transfer all defensive, offensive and strategic weapons (though there is a limit to the value that you can transfer per month).
If you need to transfer other goods (military supplies, gasoline, or any non-military goods), create a direct sales contract (Trade > Trade directly > sell to and buy from countries) but transfer the money back to the originating country after the sale (unless you can afford not to). |
