I keep getting 10% of this and 10% of that put into reserves for inadequate maintenance. I have a very small (but getting bigger) military. Do I simply not have enough middle managers to staff the army? The salary I'm paying government middle managers is going up. 2) I can't find any documentation on the effects of different government types. Is there any reason to change from Presidential Democracy, or are the types just for show? |

Its means you don't have enough workers to staff your army, it takes a long time before you can really effectively buildup military force without crippling you countries economy. Work on providing good public services, and building up a good economy and budget surplus (cash) first. Then when you have a few trillion dollars and plenty of unemployed low level workers and medium level managers, then you have the option of building a army. Note a military is a huge drain on your countries economy. 2. No its just a label, its a customization feature. |
