Goldern Horde (Fearless Blue) | Monday, June 23, 2008 - 02:12 pm I have a number of corporations with a low work force. Workers are low as I have computer impossed low wages so I can not attract them to the corporation. If wages are low because the corp is not making a profit, production is low because of low work force, therefore compoany makes a loss and lowers wages reducing the work force and therefore reducing profit. How do you get out of this cycle? |
JSampsonRulez (White Giant) | Monday, June 23, 2008 - 06:43 pm do you have low population? is that why there is a low work force? if your population is low i would raise the corporation wages, use some gold coins to buy some population, make sure you have the schools and universities to train them properly. make sure you have hiring and production set yourself and not automatically set by the system. try that see what happens. |
Dave33 (Fearless Blue) | Monday, June 23, 2008 - 10:06 pm Hey Goldern Horde, I had this happened recently too. Corps are just coming around. I've had all corps at 100% workforce for long period and then 2 dropped into 50% workforce unexpectfully. I made more workers available that were required for 100% and increased the cost of the products being sold by the 2 corps. I kept on checking on them to increase the salaries again. One is up to 100% again. And the other is new corporation which is finally increasing its salary. It just makes the game more exciting and realistic. I think they will come around. |
