I wish to seek a viable way to identify free account users (which expire in 16 days). There are many reasons and purposes of such endeavour, and for all intents and purposes are irrelevant to the question in hand.
I use the "presidency start date" as a reference, and notably in FB which I'm in right now, I take it that presidents which has been in power for more than 6 game years are not free account users.
Correct me if I am wrong, and enlighten me with a better way of getting this piece of information. Thank you. |

If they have less than 10m population, they are probably a free account user. |
