I literally just did this but the menu for it changed or disappeared, or I forgot. I was transferring offensive weapons from my new country to my main country which worked the first time but now I can't seem to find the option & do it again.

trade -> sell to and buy from countries and enterprises directly -> create new direct sale offer

I tried this, but it doesn't work. Also, I transferred without buying anything. I simply moved assets between countries�no monetary trade deal.
