That is just electricity. Your country buys it. If you build wind farms that power offsets what buy and shows in the energy section. You can also build electricity corps an nuclear power corps.

Having enough electric power in your country is essential.

Shortages, mean that your population experiences brownouts and they sit in the dark.

very serious and will become even more so.

the industry is purchasing its energy on the market.
it too, should have enough EP or corporations will stop producing.

The EP market is unstable.
some players keep EP reserves in their countries and if needed, sell their corporations if they are short.
