Since the update and changes to Wind Farm corp production, my Wind Farm corps no longer fill their contracts supplying their output directly to the country. A couple years of cycles have gone through now and the farms when completed are not sold directly to my country as they had done through contracts before the update. Now on the months that a farm is completed I will still get the notice that there are no products in stock and then within a couple in game days the completed farm is sold on the open market, completely counter to the point of building these corps to provide my own. Attempting to upload image, haven't before on this forum yet so it may not appear if I didn't enter it correctly.

To further elaborate, the Wind Farm corporations have full production contracted to the country, and automatic production reservation is activated. Manual production reservation does not work as a workaround. Considering between my countries I have well over 100 WF corps with the intent of supplying myself, I'm hoping there is a quick fix that I'm not aware of.
I should be producing ~ 13.5 WF per actual day for my country but because they're going straight to market instead of fulfilling contracts it would take me 20 days to get those same farms from the open market on GR (and this issue persists with my WF production on all 5 core worlds) |

Yeah, i got the same setup in mind for my own country and they're not buying from my enterprise corps even though i have em direct contracted with my country.
This has been happening for some years in game now.
My oldest corp 7/12 wind farms sold was to the world market and not to my own contracted country.
This should be under problems for this is a problem. |

Yeah, i got the same setup for my own country and they got direct contract to my country and on my oldest WF Corp 7/12 WF have gone to the world market.
The contracts are from my Enterprise corps to my country.
This should be under Problems topic too.

Contracts for wind farm corps are broken. You cannot contract your own corps to yourself. I am replicating what Unsthable said above. This is really bad - you can't even bypass the hopelessly large backlog by becoming self-supplying. 
Below is one of my corporations with an apparent contract to my country selling directly to world market.

My country on TA has a wind farm corporation.
all products contracted to my country.
The messages I see there are identical to the messages you report.
but
I now have 22 wind farms.
all delivered to my country by this corporation.
I think the message is wrong.
There is no specific code for wind farms.
it is the same code for all types of corporations.
contracting to your own country works.
if there is no product available there is no sale and in this case, in most months there is no product and no sale.
I will check the messages. |

Check the sales log of the wind farm corporation that you have contracting to your country. It is also possible that if it's working properly for you it is only working on TA. The most recent update when you updated the government costs with wind farms only worked on TA at first. |

Its very possible that the issue is related to their 50% reduction in output. Contracts were working just fine when they were producing 2 per year, the problem may be somewhere in your coding on how small of decimals the system registers and how many are just reduced to zero. I very well could be wrong, just a random thought from what I've seen changed. |

I provided country name (War in Heaven), world (Fearless Blue) and corp name that is contracted in the example (Melanga Wind Farms) in the images. What other information can I provide?
The corps say they're contracted in full to the country as shown in the images, but when the produced quantity hits one, they sell to the open market (pictured) and do not sell to my country.
They all sell to the open market. The sales log shows this. |

All sales logs for all 12 wind farms are showing sales to the World market when all of em are set to be direct country contract to my country.
I have had 25 wind farms for several in-game years now and non have been sold to my country now especially after the update/change. |

I have the same bug. Ever since the update, none of my contract to myself fill, and in the "" REVIEW RECENT SALES "" log, I see that it doesn't fill my contract, and 1 day later sell the farm on the world market.
Very bad. Very new bug. |

We will check ASAP.
I checked the log of what countries purchase. It shows all purchases by the country.
wind farms appear each game month shoung that the contract was not executed (the was no product available).
Then, once in a while, it showed a wind farm bought by the country.
We have the history of the number of wind farms but there are here several complaints and we will look into it ASAP. |

As you can see January there was not enough. Then in February it sold one on the market, then I didn't execute my contract the same day. It's like that on all world for me. Not sure about tiny atlas since I don't have contract there. |

Andy if you have open market orders for Wind Farms you will of course see purchases once in a while, though the backlog is quite large now. To see the true problem, look at the Sales Log of the individual WF corp that you have supplying the contract. The link to it is near the bottom of the corporation's page. |
