Why are my military unit auto dismantling? It used to be the supply unit disappearing now its the air force.

I know that lack of workers and nonavailability of supply unit can cause this. But I have both and my airfirce unit still dismantled itself while the entire weapons remains inactive. What could be the cause? Country name is nostero. In White Giant.

Check your newspaper it will tell you why. I glanced through it and saw this entry:
