Help how to have more spending space per month so I will not be negative and can purchase population needs?

Go to Boosters, get more spending space for the month that way. It takes 1 GC. |

How to suspend contracts? or buying supply so corp wont produce, increase spending space for population? |

1. Country homepage/left menu My corporations/Accept or Cancel contracts tab at top/ scroll to bottom of page and cancel all contracts.
2. Top of page "Trade" link/ order strategy and quality on drop down menu/ enter "low water mark" (I use 8), enter order quantity (I use 12), enter supply quality (At this point I suggest you use 120) |

If you cancel contracts so you will again type it?
I cant use 8 in low water mark only 9
I can use 9 order quantity
I set 120 supply quality |
