Dominik | Saturday, March 26, 2016 - 10:16 pm Hi everyone, Recently, I have established an aircraft carrier fleet. Isn't there a way to have more than 250 naval fighter planes in one fleet? Contrary to the land units, where you can fill out a LRD with a weapon of one single kind, the options in a fleet seem to be very much capped with minimum and maximum numbers per kind of weapon. Is there a way to avoid there minimums and maximums? Thanks in advance! :-) Dominik |
Aries | Saturday, March 26, 2016 - 10:30 pm 250 navy fighters is it. You have to be careful with fleets and use them to their strengths. Like other offensive units, you can't expect fleets to be super-weapons and smack stuff down without losses. Also, the inability to shuttle navy ships makes it more difficult to be mobile with fleets and to feed in reserves. However, If you consider that the navy fighters are effective against many different weapons and that fleets combine attacks from the navy fighters with ship-launched missiles, they can have a role to play. |
