Hi everyone,

Since a while it seems as if there is a bug under the education priorities. It says that there is a number of people necessary for 100% production, by the number of unemployed people is much larger in every group.

There is one privately-owned corporation that hires at 99%, but the CEO blames me for having a shortage of workers (which is definitely not true).

So, is there anything that might cause this?
