I have a question. Does the quality of the weapon and ammo quality upgrades make any difference?
Is it that the higher quality upgrade the less upgrades are needed?
Edit...the same with construction. Is it the higher grade construction the less you need? |

The results of testing would be interesting but, according to game news, the quality of upgrades should matter with few of them needed if there are higher quality. With construction the answer is no but, like other consumer/military goods, it affects your consumption index. |
