I can't control the auto purchase of weapons. It's buying the maximum military spending space will allow wherever I am to expand the military and I can't seem to stop it.

It buys incredible levels of ammo that just seem to disappear near immediately, and far beyond the 13 month watermark.

Plus, my units have all been fully stocked.

Ammo, does not disappear.
In fact, nothing disappears.
please check the numbers, the value of materials, there is a lot of data.
