Keep employment high. Above 90%is good. Make sure all corps are 100%hiring before you build more.Only build corps deep in the red.
Build schools,hospitals and transport all above 100
Get rid of all unneeded weapons from your secured main. Destroy them if you cant sell. Save the ammo though that costs nothing to keep.
Most important is stay paitent. It takes real months to build a good country. Well for a new guy it will.
