I have several issues Im having a hard time understanding and asking for anyone with knowledge what is I need to do.
1. I have a company within my enterprise with both hiring and production index, will not rise above 10%. I have raised to 300 salary and dropped it back down and no change. This has been for 2 years. I have requested to move company to another country, which was computer run country, waiting for permission and after 3 RL days still had not recieved permission to move. So I retracted request and chose a different country and here it is again 3 RL days and still no permission. So I am thinking my next step would be to just close it down, But if I close it does the materials in stock go to my enterprise stock? or do I need to buy it all and then close?
2. local contracts, When I set up for a company to sell full production to enterprise, It just reserves it and don't send to my Enterprise most the time, And then contracts are not met. So I retract the offer and go in manually with direct contract and I still end up paying at same I would going on the market. So if it is 56m on the market I am paying 106m. If I trade with my own companies shouldn't I be paying base market and not based on demand? Whats the point of trading within if your competeing as you do in the market. Also I am having issues with contracts not being met when Electric max monthly is 17000 and I produce that amount and contract 1250 a month to company, With that only contract, How is it that Contract can't be met because it is saying not enough was produced when I clearly produced the max amount? If someone can help me out and maybe look at my enterpise and let me know what's going on that would be great.

To increase hiring you probably need to increase salaries higher than 300. try 350.
the country where the corporation is located, either pays more or does not have the workers at all.
Check the country and look at its own corporations to see what the situation is.
If impossible to raise the percentage, move the corporation to another country.
Contracts are always met if the product is produced.
is it produced in the quantities agreed in the contract?
Contracts are mainly a way to ensure you get the product. The price cannot be very different than market price. if the price would be very low, you may be happy to get the products for cheap but the corporation may bankrupt for receiving too little for the products. The price should also be good for the corporation. |

Contracts are not being met, Even though I am producing more than what contract calls, as I explained. Since I have put in the help, After two years of going no higher than 10% index for both production and hiring. They have jumped in the corp I was having problem with and this after not changing a thing waiting for the help and advice, immeidatly after I sent the post. Seems like someone pushed a button somewhere and unfroze it, without changing a thing. Why is it when I buy from my own corps the price is the same as if I bought it in market paying higher price because of the demand.
You would think if I buy from my own corps I would get it at base market price without flucuation due to demand. |

By the way I still haven't got permission to move company to a computer controled country 4RL days but I don't need to now so I can retract it. Thanks for your help gamemaster. |
