Samsin Valiga | Tuesday, February 5, 2013 - 11:16 pm where should i concentrate my education priorities to get the most ammount of money per priority... ex 50 priorities on hi tech executive will give me 500 200,000 paid hi tech exectutives equaling 100,000,000 or 50 priorities on engineers gives me 10,000 engineers getting paid 50,000.....you know what i mean to rephrase that..... What concentration of priorities will get me the most valuable labor.... and what level of education is good and how much do higher levels really affect ammount of people that can be educated... and anything else on education would be welcome...currently i have my education at 150... would 200 be worth it if im trying to increase my population by trading hi paid workers for low paid workers |
Crafty | Wednesday, February 6, 2013 - 04:20 pm Yeah, it would work to train more hi tech workers to trade for LLW, its one way to boost your population, maybe a bit slow but sure, go for it. You could benefit from going higher than 150 edu index for your purpose, but thats just my opinion, you must try it for yourself. Try 180. As for bang per buck, well, you have to get the people employed first to get them to make anything, so the tuning of the edu priorities to maximise employment would give you the most profit per priority really. |
Samsin Valiga | Wednesday, February 6, 2013 - 11:04 pm yes but if I am trading them off instead of employing them that will get me employment and bang for the buck so I was just wondering...... obviously it also has to be a worker group who is in demand aswell so I'm hoping its hi tech |
Crafty | Thursday, February 7, 2013 - 05:32 pm You know that the amount of people you can trade is determined by salary of each right? So, roughly, if a senior doctor earns twice a MLW then you would get 2:1. Dont quote me on the ratios, its just to explain in case you were unaware. So yeah, train up the seniors and Hi tech seniors for trade, I would guess that those are the ones most in need too, for people who dont have high education themselves, beginners mainly. HTH |
