Your aim should not be to expand if you are in deep economic problems.
On the contrary: cut down on nations by selling, closing down and transferring as much as you can from a slavenation to your leader. Then release that slave country.
Repeat untill economy is balanced.
When down to leader country and still in trouble, reapply.
Because, frankly, I'd vote no to aid in your present situation. |
