Erwin | Monday, September 3, 2012 - 04:49 pm I have acquired 81% of the shares of "ECM Public Seeley Gas" located in "Fusrodah". My enterprise is "Erwin Corporation Management" (lol). First it was 61%. I used IPO's and bought the shares when I was major shareholder with 22%. This caused a huge cash injection into the corporation, paid by my enterprise. The cash level of the corporation was limited to 800B, I dont know where the money above 800B is left. Because of the high cash level, the corporation is paying 20B as "profit payment" each month automatically. The profit transfer rate is set to 95%. I do not receive 81% of this 20B in my enterprise cashflow each month. I receive nothing if I look at my cashflow statement of my enterprise. Only receiving 1,6B dividend from minority shareholdings. Also my cash level of the enteprise is just increasing with that amount. This is since 3-4 months now. Where is this money going? |

Madoff | Monday, September 3, 2012 - 08:09 pm Any cash above 800B is there but not visible. Dividend payments are unpredictable, and that can be frustrating. The corps just don't follow the dividend rules of the documentation. I looked at ECM Public Seeley Gas and at the dividend history of your CEO. Your CEO is being scammed out of that dividend of 20B/month. |
Erwin | Monday, September 3, 2012 - 08:31 pm lol First week and last week for me I guess.. Thank you for looking into it Madoff. |
Crafty | Tuesday, September 4, 2012 - 11:34 am Yes, I couldn't see any evidence of where it's going either. Might pay you to contact the GM Erwin. And thanks Madoff |
Erwin | Tuesday, September 4, 2012 - 12:04 pm Thank you for your response. I have sent GM an email concerning above. I will post an update when it is available. |
Andy | Wednesday, September 5, 2012 - 05:56 pm Corporations should never have such cash amounts. It is not serving any purpose and we have recently warned about such transactions. The warning did not help, and in the past week we have added functions to the corporation trading to prevent such actions. These are part of Simcountry starting today. I do not think that you have increased the share holding from 61% to 81% for 800B or more. that would suggest the the corporation value is 4T. There is no such corporation around. This was done by repeated transactions and it is exactly what we have warned against. Today, in the game news we have published what is done to prevent it. Although it should be your own responsibility, these transactions that were aimed at making money, backfired and did not have any positive result. The amount in corporations is limited to 800B but probably nothing is lost. as to the 20B per game month, if this is indeed true, it should show up on the enterprise cash or it is not taking place. Obviously you are the largest shareholder and should receive most of it. Dividend payments are per share. They are hard to follow and we intend to document them in details. I will have these payments checked anyway just to make sure. |
Erwin | Wednesday, September 5, 2012 - 06:29 pm I IPO'd the shares and bought the shares directly with my enterprise. If the cash is paid back to its shareholders, I would gain 80% of it, so in my eyes it would make sense. I could have done this until it reached 99%, there is no limitation from the game itself. I would rather suggest to regulate the IPO's conditions to a more realistic one. Otherwise I could acquire a whole bunch of public corporations this way, IF the profit payments were paid out correctly... |
Madoff | Wednesday, September 5, 2012 - 09:29 pm I tried to issue some shares for a corp. I kept getting contradictory messages:
"You can not offer more than 242,926,004 shares." "You must at least offer 307,599,982 shares." Andy, you had said that the share market would continue to have scams. These new restrictions remove scams. Presidents can steal countries through war. Presidents keep getting fancy new war features to help them steal countries. But now CEOs have to be holy. This is discrimination against CEOs.

Erwin | Thursday, September 6, 2012 - 10:02 am Considering GM's reaction I decided to stop playing SC. Thank you and good luck for all the members in this topic. |
Crafty | Thursday, September 6, 2012 - 09:22 pm Well thats a shame because I for one would have liked to see where the payments were going in case it was something I had missed. Perhaps you could still say what you guys found about this corps divi payments Andy? |
