Drew | Monday, July 23, 2012 - 04:42 am I'm just curious if their is anyway for me to spin this. The housing prices in my country steadily increases, and increase further with population transfer out. Ocassionally the mortage costs shoot down agressively but then teeter back up steadily. But all has to good I think as mortages are .0001% of the housing market. I just would like to know what this information's effect is on the game's playability. Who collects the interest payment of the mortages? Is this simply an imposed cost of countries doing well in increased construction costs? Do the people pay the country or out for the construction (spending by the population)? Does this have any effect on migration or welfare? Is that money spent here taxable? Do housing investments keep people from investing in pension or the hedge fund? Is their a way to stop it if its less useful than the hedge fund or investment fund? is there a way to grow it if its less useful than the pension or hedge fund? Is their a way to influence the mortage rate if people pay out for it? Is their a way to inflate the housing prices to increase the mortage payments if the country collects additionally on the interest or even on spending by the population? And the little tab says that this is still underdevelopment is it ever going to take any precedance again? Inquiring minds need to know what is this for!? Thank you in advance |
Crafty | Monday, July 23, 2012 - 02:01 pm Drew, its a non functional item at the moment but it does give you some rough indication of how your country is doing. |
Madoff | Monday, July 23, 2012 - 06:53 pm Those real estate numbers have trivial significance. The gamemaster said years ago that it would introduce a real estate market to improve the simulation. But the programmers have been too busy, introducing flying saucers that sell products from other planets. Meanwhile, our population is completely homeless. There are corps producing household products, home equipment, furniture, and construction. But there are no homes. Apparently, our homeless citizens live on the traintracks, not worried about being hit by trains. |
