is it possible to direct trade restricted weapons like precision bombers cruise missile batterys cruise missile ships and there respective munitions on WG ethier through country or the corporations producing them how about with a CEO can a CEO produce these weapons and directly sell them to a country how about with nukes

Yes. Thats the way to trade these weapons, just set up a trade. From CEO corps I'm not sure if you can direct trade them to a country, but sell them to that CEO and then trade to a country if not.
