Richard Shelton | Thursday, May 10, 2012 - 10:44 pm 1) When changing how a country should be judged (war or peace) - my game level dropped. Changing back it didn't automatically change my game level. Will it, in time? Or will I have to reach a new game level? 2) Does choosing how a country should be judged affect whether or not it can declare war, whether on a computer controlled or player controlled country? 3) Does the Defensive Index only count active weaponry? And is it affected by quality upgrades? Many thanks - some of the keyword searches led to hundreds of possible topics. |
