Hi guys,

I have three countries on White Giant.

Government and Corp Salary is the same in all countries.
I have now set the same (excessive low) Budget in all countries too (for testing).


However, take a look at Lord Magneto General Cost of Government. Its five/six times the cost of other countries from my empire.

Professor X _ Main _ 147m _ General Cost of Government: 15,788.54M SC$
Muir Island _ Slave _ 68m _ General Cost of Government: 22,098.65M SC$
Lord Magneto _ Slave _ 55m _ General Cost of Government: 110,487.62M SC$


Anyone knows how can I fix that?
