KHxC (Fearless Blue) | Sunday, December 18, 2011 - 08:14 pm I've got a problem with my FB country 'Hammer' and have not been able to figure out the deal. I have unemployed workers in all categories, but my unemployment page says I have a much higher amount needed for 100% production. Low level workers Unemployed 78,260 Employed 2,791,433 Total 2,869,693 Reserved for new Facilities 204 Needed for 100% Production 372,363 It is like this for all of my corporation-related employees. Not sure what I am doing wrong? My White Giant country 'Hammer' does not have this problem. My production is currently suffering.. And it doesn't make sense that I should have 372,000 unemployed low level workers sitting around just to have 100% production in my companies. |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Sunday, December 18, 2011 - 11:48 pm you've got 78.26K available (unemployed) LLWs you need 372.263K LLWs to fully staff all your corps. Plus another 204 for something else you built. All catagories of workers will show the same sort of thing. If just one catagory of worker falls short then corps will lay off the same percentage of shortage of ALL worker catagories. Swap around workers, exchange with other players, and adjust your education priorities to fix this. If you have built too many corps and/or hosps and things then you are either going to have to buy enough population to meet the demand or close some corps down, (dont close schools or hosps). Never build anything you dont have the workers for. Last thing, you can be messed up by ceos in your country setting their corps hiring to less than 100%, there's a few do this sometime, write to them and tell them to fuck off get out of it or you'll buy their corp . It shouldnt effect your own corps but makes it look like you have shortages. |
KHxC (Fearless Blue) | Monday, January 16, 2012 - 01:12 am I know I posted this awhile ago but I just wanted to say thanks for the response. This didn't make sense to me until I realized that if you have a shortage in one category of the workforce, it puts employees in all other categories out of work. Thanks again |
