Hello,
When I go to try and upload a flag or picture for my countries I get stuck at the "ACCEPT" blue screen. The only button that works is I DO NOT AGREE. the Agree button doesn't work.
Was it disabled or is there a bug of some sort?

I had that problem in Opera about a month ago. It worked in Firefox. I'm still not sure just what caused it; I suspected a setting to block popups at the time. |

Oh, I'm a full member.
It worked in firefox, it didn't work in Chrome! Kinda weird, but ah well :D
