If you destory a the capital in a country what all doest it do? Civialian Casualites? Loss of Schools? Hosptials? What about destorying other cites? Can you take a factory, city, base intact(Capture it and use it against the enemy)?
I get destorying Forts, bases, units. But wasn't sure about cities |

You can't capture things.
Cities cause casualties and monetary damages, both of which cause the war index to drop. Yes you can destroy other cities. You can actually destroy anything besides private and public corporations. Destroying factories actually subtracts from the war index more than a fortification, and are easier to destroy, but if you plan on taking control of the country it makes it harder to get a good economy. |
