Arles (White Giant) | Tuesday, January 4, 2011 - 09:48 pm how is decided the value of a corporation? my most profitable corporation is the one with the lowest value... it is quite strange... |
spires (White Giant) | Wednesday, January 5, 2011 - 07:31 am Is your most profitable corporation also among the newest? Value of corp = no of shares * share price. The no of share = 100million for non-public corp so value is determined by share price, which is determined by profit. So in short your most profitable corp should be increasing the fastest in value. Though the profit is tracked over a period of time and there is a limit to how fast the share price can increase so it will take quite long for the value to increase if it is a new corp. |
Arles (White Giant) | Wednesday, January 5, 2011 - 10:23 am no it's not new, it's old like the other |
spires (White Giant) | Wednesday, January 5, 2011 - 10:54 am Then has the corp been the most profitable over a long period of time like a game year? Some corps profit go through periods of up and down. |
