Accordion_This (Little Upsilon) | Tuesday, January 4, 2011 - 04:53 am So basically I read the documentation on the Defensive Index with the aim of reaching a Defensive Index of 100. By my calculations, about 27000 Missile Interceptor Batteries gives you a Defensive Index of 100. I bought 27000 Missile Interceptor Batteries and my Defensive Index rose from around 11 to around 42 - a far cry short of 100. I figured that maybe I had to put them in units, so I set up 22 Missile Defence Divisions, each with 900 Missile Interceptors. Each of those says it has an Index of 3.77 - which means I should be getting 80-something index from the divisions alone - and yet my Defensive Index is still only 40-something! Does anyone know what's going on? Does the defensive index take time (in game months) to increase from purchases like these? Am I doing something wrong? Do my Missile Interceptors need a full supply of 30 missiles each to add index points? I really don't get what's going on. |
