If I conquer a C3, do I have to pay coins to keep it running? Do I have to use coins, as soon as I take the country? is it counted by day?

If I buy a C3 with coins, do I have to pay coins to keep that alive as well?

I am considering buying the $12, 90 coins pack, and want to know howto best spend it.

1 coin per empire per day. Doesn't matter how many countries you have.

Don't buy a C3 with coins. It is easy to take one. There should be posts about C3 conquering here on the forum.

Um, don't buy coins for real life money either (unless you're rich...). Work on increasing your game level. You get coins awarded with each level increased.

Chensta is buying GCs to extend his/her membership.

How to best spend them... In any way that they multiply. Reach level six first. After that, buy population for your secured country, drop taxes to 0% and invite private corps in. That will generate you game money, which you can use to buy GCs.

Is it possible to resell conquered countries for GCs or only cancel?

Depends on the conquered country. If it is a C3 then nobody would want it. However if you conquer a country with alot of assets and many millions of pop, then yes, there might be somebody interested in buying.
