Hello,I just wondering with the defense force index as this is the first time I ran my country with the include defense and I started to increase the defense force index straight away and slowly increase the other index along the way.
My question is does the defense force index go down when the army is the inactive state or not?

Yes it does, so keep an eye on it. If you don't and you hav'nt got enough MLM it will deactivate the army and leave you wondering why the index isn't increasing. |
