jakester34 (White Giant) | Thursday, December 10, 2009 - 05:20 pm I looked thru documentation twice. Weapons in reserve, are their numbers included in the defense index? Two, I intrepret that if I buy a weapon, and even if I do not 'assign' it to a brigade or division and it is simply a product in stock, it is still an active unit thus using manpower? (I realize I cannot use it until it is actually in a brigade). |
Daelin (Little Upsilon) | Thursday, December 10, 2009 - 05:33 pm Weaponry uses a certain amount of manpower, ammunition (for training), and has a certain effect on your offensive, defensive, or strategic force index, regardless of whether or not you put it in a unit (like a brigade) or in a garrison. If you have the weaponry in reserve, it uses a much smaller fraction of all of the above (I believe it's around 25%), but also has a commensurably smaller effect on your force indices. |
