Although I have more than one year experience on this game, I have never been schooled on the Public Corporations.
I am pleading with any of you Public Corporations guru's to please give me some tutoring. I will keep your teachings very secret as I understand there are a lot of 'trade secrets' involved here.
I need a Public Corporations for Dummies book :)
If any of you pro's are willing to help me, please in game message me at the country Manifest Destiny. I appreciate your time and effort. Thanks, Priest

Also, please feel free to show off your intelligence and leave a couple tips, hints, and tid bits of information here for all to read.

A few examples of what I don't understand regarding public corps.
1) Why do many of the corps I go public with (25% or less of major share holder) tend to plummit in value, like from 200+b down to 20b?
2) Do I have to routinely issue new shares in order to sell off the shares down to my desired target percentage, or will the selling off of shares automatically take place?
3) Why do I sometimes get the option to do an IPO for a public corp that is already public? Is the answer related to my afore question?
4) If I am a major share holder in a truly public corporation and I crank up the salary to 2000 or something unrealistic, do all the share holders pitch in in paying the salary or does the major shareholder have to foot the bill for the salary?
5) If the public corps have high salaries does the host country get a larger portion of cash contributed from the public corp, or does the salary even have an effect on how much the host country receives? One may see the reasoning in this train of thought, as to why I need to know the answer.

See, I am a complete noob in this field, I need help.
